Shipping and Returns
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from us. If for any reason you need to return or exchange an item, please give us a call so that we can issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization #. All exchanges/returns must have a RMA# on the packaging. Items received without a RMA# on the outside of the packaging will be refused.
Returns of any UNUSED items are accepted within 30 days of invoice date for a full refund excluding shipping. Items must be returned in original packaging with all manuals, tags, etc. Merchandise returned that looks used or without all original packaging is subject to a restocking fee. Ship returns UPS, FedEx or delivery confirmation US mail. We cannot accept COD's or collect shipments.
